Just bought a grip it works pretty well, changing the backings would be easier if you could do it without pulling the grip off but, overall the grip is pretty good.

I bought this expecting it to be worth $50, a few flaws or something. I was very surprised. There is no movement in the backings (which ive dealt with on other adjustable grips) the click in is super simple to change the backings, the front plate was a huge cherry on top. I'm using the round first finger dot I can already see that it has made a huge difference my grip is more consistent. It's also very tough, I've had other grips that if you look at the wrong they break but this sucker is built.
