Refund policy

The Bedford Guarantee:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect we WILL replace it as long as:

  • You provide photo imagery of the defected parts and we can determine it was a manufacturing defect.
  • You contact our team directly by either going into your order confirmation and replying to the company email address. Or by sending an email to bedfordarchery.co@gmail.com with your order number, name, and physical address attached. 

We will NOT replace the product if:

  • The product shows signs of mistreatment beyond what is typical for the use of the product.
  • The product has been modified from its original form.

 

European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal (only applicable to eligible EU countries)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after:

  • The day you receive the goods; or
  • If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the day you receive the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires. You may do so by submitting a return or cancellation request through your customer account on our website or by contacting our customer support team.

Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for returning the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, where applicable, evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise stated by us in writing or where required by applicable law.

[OPTIONAL: A restocking fee of 8€ may apply to returned items where permitted by applicable law. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before the return is processed.]

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods should be sent back in their original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products manufactured to your specifications;
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
  • Any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
