Refund policy

The Bedford Guarantee:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect we WILL replace it as long as:

• You provide photo imagery of the defected parts and we can determine it was a manufacturing defect.
• You contact our team directly by either going into your order confirmation and replying to the company email address. Or by sending an email to isaacbedford04@gmail.com with your order number, name, and physical address attached. 
  

We will NOT replace the product if:

• The product shows signs of mistreatment beyond what is typical for the use of the product.
• The product has been modified from its original form.
