Welcome to Bedford Archery! These Terms of Service ('Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our site or purchasing products from Bedford Archery, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1) General Use
By accessing and using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/ guardian consent. You agree to use the website and our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2) Product Information
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment must be made at the time of order through the approved payment methods on our website.
- Once payment is confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled unless agreed by Bedford Archery.
4) Shipping
- We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
- Bedford Archery is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or customs.
5) Refund and Return Policy
We only offer refunds or replacements for products that are defective upon reciept, as outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. We will not replace or refund products that show sign of misuse or mistreatment beyond typical use. To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
6) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedford Archery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products. This includes but is not limited to damage to property, loss of use, injury, or death.
