Shipping policy

At Bedford Archery, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. 

  • All orders will be processed within 5 business days (at the latest) after receiving your order confirmation. 
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping methods.
  • Estimated delivery times are estimates and NOT guaranteed, as they may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, or courier service availability.
  • We us trusted carriers such as Canada Post or USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Currently we ship to Canada, USA, Australia, Germany, France, Great Britain, Denmark, Mexico, Ireland, Sweden and Israel. If you live outside of these countries contact us directly and we will ensure a way for you to receive the products wished for.
  • For international orders, customs, duties, taxes and other fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs. Please check your local customs office for more information.
  • Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs clearance processes, Bedford Archery is not held liable for customs delays or delivery times.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
  • We are not held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at isaacbedford04@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issues.
  • In cases of damage during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the package, and provide photos for documentation. 
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. We cannot change the shipping address after the order has been shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
